So my best technology 'wow' moment this month was when I got a crystal clear (welt almost) Skype call from Gambia from a chap running an Internet cafe for the Blind. OK. wow. a Skype call I hear you say. I think it was the fact that the pervasion of technology has reached that level that even a developing West African nation would not only be using the service— but that they had estabished web cafes for blind users in the first place!
